In Silence, Surrounding Me is a fine art photography project by Norbert Wabnig, initiated in 2026.
Wabnig’s landscapes are carefully considered compositions and an attentive approach to light, atmosphere and space, he transforms moments into images that feel quiet, timeless and deeply immersive.
As curator Günther Oberhollenzer describes it, the images are “pictures of deceleration and contemplation”—poetic photographs that look beneath the visible surface of the world.
